Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. No returns, refunds or replacements are accepted for live birds due to the overwhelming variables that can occur once these animals leave our care. We strive to provide the best care for our birds, ensuring they have access to high-quality feed, clean-fresh water, clean and secure enclosures, and daily enrichment. We will never knowingly sell our customers’ an ill or injured animal.

Descendant from Thieving Otter, and other reputable breeders, Rudiger Hatchery has been working with these Black Beauties to bring you beautiful, solid black quail that breed true. This means that all eggs you hatch from our lines will guarantee black chicks. Availability to the public is strictly limited at this time as we work to integrate new genetics to this line and we work to maintain a high-quality bird, with little to no imperfections.

Please visit our Facebook page for current availability. We post our available birds there first, and normally they are sold within a few minutes to an hour. We try to update our website with our current stock every week on Fridays, but sometimes our birds do not remain available for that long.
